Problem with the suite

hi,
while you installing your pc suite you have to install fully...
disconnect your phone and connect
or change the pc suite thant means search for latest pc suite...
uninstall and reinstall the pc suite
open the pc suite may be the connectivity can be shown there....
check the setting in the phone...

I want to install pc suite for sony ericsson k300i

before u reinstalll pc suite you have to uninstall it first.... after reinstalling pc suite check if all the softwares were intalled completely... because sometimes it has errors and cannot install the suite completely.... another thing is you have to update your phone software... how? after installation of pc suite connect your celphone to your computer and look for the "update phone software" icon in the pc suite.....

First check the PC Suite is the one recommended for your phone and your PC ie. Windows 2000, XP,Vista etc...
Next uninstall the PC Suite from your PC.
Go to:

Don't install the PC Suite from your CD it's probably well out of date.

Please make sure you are using the newest version of PC Suite. You will find the latest version at http://www.sonyericsson.com. Choose your region, support and your phone model.
Before installing the newest version please uninstall the current version of PC Suite and restart your computer two times. If you can't remove the PC Suite by SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS look at How to manually remove PC Suite
