If you lift the water reservoir and then reseat it, then it will clear the prime message. If it repeatedly comes back then your machine is kaput. If it is still in the year warranty period call Keurig. They will ship you a new one.

SOURCE: Keurig B50 Ultra brewer

This is a known problem with the B50 which Keurig will acknowledge if you press them hard. Some users have suggested trying to clean the check valve just inside the water outlet but the best solution is probably to call customer support, complain like crazy, and take the discount on a new machine that they will offer you. Apparently, this problem occurs much more often with the B50 than with more recent models, which may explain why it isn't on the market anymore.

SOURCE: keurig coffee maker makes loud noise single cup

The brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar.

Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours.
Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water.
If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.

I tried to help you. Please help me and Vote/Rate this response. Thanks and good luck

I am descaling my Keurig for the 2nd time, it fills 2 cups w/vinegar and stops and won' start again, tells me its ready, help

A. Prepare
Step 1: Make sure you have 48 ounces of white vinegar on hand. You will also need an empty sink and a ceramic mug (Do not use a paper cup.)
Step 2: Empty the water in the water reservoir
B. Fill and Clean
Step 1: Pour the vinegar into the water reservoir and fill it to the top edge of the clear viewing area.
Step 2: Place a ceramic cup in the drip tray and run a brew cycle. DO NOT USE A K-CUP...just press the large cup button. Pour the contents of the cup into the sink.
Step 3: Repeat the brew process until the water reservoir is empty, pouring the contents of the cup into the sink after each cycle. Remember to open and close the lid between each cycle.
Step 4: Now fill the reservoir with fresh water and let the brewer stand for 4-hours while it is still on.
C. Rinse
Step 1: Ensure the water reservoir is filled with fresh water.

Step 2: Place a ceramic cup on the drip tray and run a regular brew cycle. Once again, DO NOT USE A K-CUP...Pour the contents of the cup into the sink.

Step 3: Repeat the brew process until the water reservoir is empty.

Step 4: You may need to perform additional brew cycles if you notice any residual taste.

My Keurig says to prime

This video link below, from keurig, should get you back running.
remove reservoir, if you have a water filter, remove it and set aside. Use a damp non abrasive cloth and clean tank including filter screen. DO NOT DRY the inside with a cloth as lint may remain. DO NOT PUT in a dishwasher. Let it air dry. Reinsert the water filter. Put tank back into unit making sure it is aligned properly. Fill tank all the way up with clean water. Turn power on and attempt 3 WATER only brew cycles at the 6 or 8 ounce size. DO NOT USE A PORTION PACK.

If this doesn't work, you may have to clean the needles of the K-cup holder and / or the filter screen and water reservoir port.

If the problem persists you can contact you can contact Keurig at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) or Keurig.com

Kureig heats but won't brew

The exit needle could be clogged located( inside bottom of the holder assembly). Remove K-cup assembly and detach funnel. Insert a paper clip or simiilar tool into the exit needle to loosen the clog and push it out. REMEMBER, the needles are very sharp, proceed with caution!!
You may also need to Descale your Keurig...I do this every other month due to high mineral content in my potable water. Change out resevoir filter and clear exit needles as part of Descaling. Disable "auto shut off" feature, remove reservoir filter and do not use a kcup prior to proceeding. Place 48ounces of white vinegar into reservoir, press brew, discarding each mug of water down kitchen drain and repeat until "Add Water". Let brewer stand for four hours in "On" . Rinse after 4 hours by filling water reservoir with fresh water and press brew until ADD WATER is indicated.
I run two full fresh water cycles before actually using the Keurig for beverages I will consume.
Hope this helps

Keurig b60 won't dispense water

Your b60 may need to be descaled. There might be scale built up on the water level probes in you machine. I have listed the directions below:

Brewer De-Scaling Instructions
Brewer Model: Elite B40 ' Classic B44
Special Edition B60 ' Platinum B70
To begin, you will need the following:
• 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar
• Large ceramic mug (do not use a paper cup)
• Access to an empty sink
PREPARE
Step 1:
Empty the water in the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Disable "Auto Off features."
FILL AND CLEAN
Step 1:
Pour approximately 48 ounces of the vinegar
into the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Place a large mug on the Drip Tray Plate and run a brew cycle.

DO NOT USE A K-CUP
, just press the BREW Button. Pour the contents of

the large mug into the sink.
Step 3:
Repeat the brew process without a K-Cup until"ADD WATER"

is indicated.
Step 4:
Now let the Brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.

Step 5:
Discard any residual vinegar and rinse the
Water Reservoir thoroughly.
RINSE
Step 1:
Ensure the Water Reservoir is filled with fresh water.

Step 2:
Place a large mug on the Drip Tray Plate and
water brew cycle. Pour the contents of the
large mug into the sink.
Step 3:
Repeat brew process until "ADD WATER is indicated.

Step 4:
You may need to perform additional water brew
cycles if you notice any residual taste.
NOTE:
If "DE-SCALE" is still displayed after
completing the procedure, repeat the
descaling procedure above.

Keurig B60 coffeemaker stopped pumping water because I didn't notice there was almost no water left in the chamber and started it--I added water right away but it won't pump any more water out of the...

This morning my Keurig sounds like it begins to pull water then stops. I tried to cut it off then back on. Still didn't work.Removed water from reservoir and K-cup and added pure vinegar. Ran machine several times without filter or Kcup by pressing cup selector several times. You must open K-cup holder and close each time. I had to do this about a dozen times before the water began to draw again. Flushed system by filling water reservoir with fresh water, and brewed just plain water until vinegar was gone.Works like brand new.
