If you don’t see any frost on the suction line or big line on the furnace
(that goes from the furnace to the outdoor unit) and the filter and coil are clean then you are probably low on refrigerant.

If T3QC-030K is the model number it is 2 1/2 tons.
12,000 btu = 1 ton 030 means 30,000btu

I think your blower fan contactor not energized. Check your thermostat sett ing also and then call arepairman. It's simple fault only.

it should be. but you would need to check with intertherm they make that call. most unit come with a minimum of 5 year parts however who ever put it in and the dealer make final call so its to gray to say sorry if you explain your concern to intertherm they may give you an extended warranty it happens sometimes if customer feels cheated please give me a rating and vote

The tonnage is usually found on the name plate on the condensing unit outside. 12000 btu = 1 ton, 24000 = 2 ton and so forth. In your case the unit is 36000 btu, therefore a 3 ton.
