The normal key combo to rotate the screen is

CTRL+ALT or Shift + ALT and the up and down cursor keys also if you video card has an icon in the control panel this will have a way to rotate your screen with the mouse

It is possible you might have picked up a virus, or a bad device driver. Try a system restore taking the computer back in time before this happened, may resolve the issue.

The color red and especially red colored lines or a pinkish hue are indicative of an impending screen failure. The only other possibility is that the data cable on the left backside of the lcd panel may be loose at the socket or on the motherboard. 9 times out of 10 though, it is the lcd panel that it failing.

your dell laptop are supposed to have a program on touchpad, if you dont have that in your system then the touchpad is jumping

Try booting up after installing an external USB mouse. This may give you a mouse to install new keyboard drivers.
If the problem is the keyboard/tracking pad, (hardware) installing another keyboard may eliminate the issue.

Hi, your first problem (and possibly second problem) sounds like it's the "Insert" function on your keyboard. I've seen this a lot. Find the Insert key on your keyboard. It's normally off to the right side with the Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down keys. When you have the problem, press the Insert key and then keep typing.
