Why wont my epson printer model # cx9300f print

Communication error listed in print queue have tried power off/on reset and reloading software. When the printer is switched on it does all the usual things and the print page on the computer is all normal press print and the awaiting print box is shown the job then stalls and communication error is shown in the print manager box. I think it may be gone to god could you pls advise.

Okay I would first go to epson's site and get the latest drivers for the device. The problem could be if your using the driver given to you by the manufacturer that the drivers could be useless due to a random windows update. Verify that you have the latest drivers and then attempt to connect the device again. If you continue to get the communication error then the device is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.

This is a clear indication that some thing is gone wrong in your printer's circuit. Please get it checked by an authorized service engineer.

I have changed the blue ink in my cx9300f printer and I can not get the setting off picture and it is only printing ion the blue could you please advise how to rectify this problem. thank you

Hi, Hope this helps you have reset the counters on your printer, If not you may need to download a disc to do so, Epson by my choice of Printers are the BEST as they give the owners more aftercare than other brands, if you have not got the disc follow this LINK to get it -

the CQ60 is very very old PC notebook.

is it USB connected, you never said.
direct or via external usb hub,(bad)
there are many causes.
1: OS corrupted, XP loves to do that
2: XP and vista are now dead, so the driver updates are dead.
2b: that means you must load all the old software by hand.
3: step 2 in the users guide tell you insert CD and install the software. do that, ? re-install all that?

i went to epson.com
my guess is they do NOT support legacy products they sold
at all. not even for XP.

print Q (queue)
what error,? only this matters now and printer status lamps.
does the self test pages work?
does the printer status leds show errors, if yes printer its self is bad.
ink problems, etc. jams,
yes xp has bugs in the queue manager, (tricky to fix, can do)
$20 is cheap good rate for help... such a deal !
If more complex it will cost more.
if the queue is jammed, only (no errors there)
then disconnect the printer. usb cable
then click the queue manager and clear the queue out.
then start fresh.
do a simple short text file first. to see it it works.
notepad, edit, hello printer " file , print.

Printer wont comunicate with Computer

Try to unplug your printer from your computer. Unplug and replug your printer into the power source to reset itself. When your printer turns on completely, reconnect to your computer. Try to print again. If problem continues, you may refer to these articles in the Lexmark website:

When I click print the document goes into queue then when I troubleshoot it says the printer wont print because a document is in queue. When I clear all documents it says "printer ready" but then it says...

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken .

Communication error

Click on start-control panel-printers and faxes. Do you have more than one copy of the printer installed? If so, my advice is to uninstall them all and then do a new installation. But FIRST, make sure there are no jobs left in the print queue. Double-click each printer icon in turn and delete/cancel any print jobs listed. Then delete each "copy" of the printer and finally uninstall the printer using the Control Panel-Add/remove Programs-Epson Printer Software. After you have done all this, turn OFF the printer, reboot the computer and then re-install the printer. Make sure you keep the printer turned off until the installation program asks you to turn it on.

Communication error between Epson Printer and iMac

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Not Showing In Printer List

that printer works well with direct printer to computer usb connection.

remove the printer from the printer list then connect the printer directly to the computer and add it again.
