Try the Sony website first----kind of an odd question---if all else fails try EBAY FOR IT.

See if this video helps.

Unplug tv from wall socket for minute, replug back in and turn it On.
Problem still not solved? let me know do you get power indicator light on tv? is it solid or blinking?

Sorry to say but it sounds like your power supply is bad, although it is possible it is some other components in the TV because turning it off allows all diodes etc to power down completely. Unfortunately after a bit it happens again which leads me to believe again power trouble.

Someone or something impacted the screen. There is absolutely no other way this could have happened. The cost of replacing the panel will far exceed the cost of a replacement TV.

have it repaired under warranty or replaced under warranty
