I am trying to determine a seven letter word made from the above letters for an image in the Drawsomething Iphone game. The picture is a red rectangle with a white arrow pointing to the right.

It was a convergence problem, both chips goes bad bad also look for bad resistors around the circuit? This is not an easy repair for non skilled person? You need to realign it after replacing the chips? Don't be cheap pay someone to do it right?

This is called convergence.
If the TV has auto convergence or 'Flash Focus', run it. All projection TVs have customer controls for minor adjustment. Give it a go with the menu or the remote convergence controls.
If not, this is a common adjustment made by a technician on a house call.
If the error is really big, say the colours are curved or you can see clear separate letters and things, you will need the convergence repaired. Get a quote - Usually about $300- $600 in home service.
