I have a simadre cut50D an I don't have the ground cable can I still use it?

WTF is a "tipo" ? YES your machine is defective.

Very first thing I would check is for fuses. From there I would put a meter at different points for find out where the power stops. The will identify the component or the area that needs to be repaired. Main power supply is my guess for replacement.

Green yellow would be earth ground. Confirm it with a test meter.

Solid green and solid brown would attach to the 240 hots- no return white.

loose connection somewhere inbetween the pcb's or mosfit pcb must be not working 1 or2 diodes/mosfit not working

Make sure you have a good ground. If ground is good, make sure you are holding the tip level to the work and right up close.

after the air cuts out does the arcs continues?

Yes.

the spark that you see when you touch work peice is high frequency,recheck connections like good ground (tight and clean)on the unit and work peice.no ground no fire.

Try checking the front Panel and Internal fuses, as well as the thermal overload.

This could happen when you exceed the duty cycle.

eg: 20% Duty Cycle In a period of 10 Minutes, 2 minutes cutting, 8 minutes not.

Protective Clothing - Guantlet gloves, safety shoes and hat. - Flame-retardant clothing to cover all exposed areas. - Cuffless trousers to prevent entry of sparks and slag. - Remove combustibles, such as a butane lighter or matches, from your pockets before cutting. Noise Levels of Plasma Arc Cutting - Plasma arc cutting systems can generate noise levels in excess of 120 dB during high-amperage cutting operations. - Ear protection should be used when operating or working near plasma arc cutting operations.
