I bought this stroller at a consignment sale and took it apart to clean it thoroughly. I can not figure out how to put the harness back together. I contacted the website and they said the straps just go over the child's shoulder. But how do I attack the harness to the stroller?

it has a free style harness it does not attact to anything look on the site if you havr any ? this feature is on all of the strollers it is so the baby can move but still can be held in and be safe. i hope this has helped
