E21 error is showing on my electrolux EWF14811 washing machine. What does this mean and how do I clear it?

I've never seen a model EWF14811 so I believe that it is a EWF1481 model washing machines.
Unfortunately, you have to replace the entire electronics because the LCD display is part of the PCB.
Also, before replacing I suggest you to check contacts on the LCD display which can be weakened by moisture,... etc.

It is the customer fault code. Simply turn on and turn off appliance.
E11 - problem with fill water
E21 - problem with draining water
E41 - door open
All other errors require service staff !!!

Generally, error code E21 means that the water in your wash machine is not pumping out fast enough. First, check the drain hose for any restrictions or kinks. If you have check the hose and it appears to be clear and free, then potentially the underlying issue may be the main control board or pump. Generally it is a good idea to have a professional take a look at it to get to the root cause. Cost of parts and technical expertise entailed in these types of replacements can be a bit tricky.

This is probably normal operation , you can press the start/pause and cancel button at the same time to see if you have a error , if you get E00 this means no error if you get a E21 (example) then look and see what that error is

The definitive answer depends on the machine model numbers. In Frigidaire, Zanussi, OKO, Electrolux, SMEG and other machines E21 means that there is a drain problem. The repair is carried checking the drain hose at the back and accessing the drain filter (in front at the bottom with most machines from those manufacturers. it means that your using too much soap in your washer... the service manuel recommends that you reduce the amount of soap you are using.
