Test the battery for load not volts. Use a load tester. If it falls below 9volts under load replace battery. If the battery is older than 3 years old replace it. A bad battery will damage the alternator (full field condition).
If you follow the upper radiator hose to the engine usually you will find the thermostat housing it will most likely have two bolts . Make sure if you replace the thermostat to have a gasket and also some gasket sealer. Good luck !!!!
The radio code comes with the car and is unique to the unit itself. You can either go to a dealer and ask him to find out what the code is from the records kept by the manufacturer, or contact Opel direct, or employ an expert to decode the unit for you
