Misplaced Zen player for one year, found it but only radio played, all music is gone, how can I get it back?

After finding Zen MP3 player, all recorded music was deleted, only radio plays, along with "sample" music. How to retrieve recorded songs, over 50!

try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.

go back all the way in the menu till you get to the begining and select music library, then go back to play mode and select normal

This is what you call the WSOD or the White Screen Of Doom. Is it still under warranty? If yes, go and have it returned or RMAd. Or you can try to download the Recovery Tool found here

BRAKE THE SH!t I HAVE THE SMAE ******* PROBLEM I THREW THE **** IN THE HIGH WAY THE GOT IT AFTER RAN OVER AT LEAST 79 TIMES I PUT IT ON FIRE AND THEN PUT MY WATER FROM MY WATER BOTTLE ON IT AND THEN I BUYED A I POD TOUCH x] am only 13 :)

Creative zen v problems-frozen

If a reset does not work using the reset hole, then try this: First, back up all of your music and do this: Turn off the player and disconnect it from the computer. Then press and hold the play/puse button and turn it on simultaneously. The player should be in recovery mode. Scroll down and select format (all) and let it format. Then reload all of music back onto your player and it should work like new. Hope this helps!

Solve the creative zen not recognized by my laptop

Detach the ZEN player from your PC , and ensure that the ZEN Sleek is turned off.Connect the power supply to the player.
Hold down the Play/Pause button while inserting a paper clip into the Reset hole underneath your player, beside the data/power connector. Keep on holding the Play/Pause button while you release the Reset button. The Rescue Mode screen will then appear.
After the recovery mode has started, release the Play/Pause button.
In the Recovery Mode screen, select Clean Up, and then select Reboot.
