When I open the door and touch the door frame it is ver hot! what up?
SOURCE: Hot door frame ( Whirlpool side by side door frig )
The mullion frame stays warm to eliminate sweating during the heat season. This is accomplished by routing the heat removed from the unit by the freon through tubing behind the mullion strip(s). Generally this is experienced as "warm". However, if the unit runs longer than normal in an attempt to pull heat out of the box to satisfy the cold control, these mullions will be HOT to the touch. Basically this serves as an alarm to alert you to a circulation problem. You describe a fan at the bottom right rear as "not working"?
I attempted to locate an answer to resolve the issue for you, but you have not provided me with enough information to access my service database.
Tip: Always provide the complete information provided on the manufacturers product information data tag, located on the unit, and not in the user’s manual. This will help you acquire a more accurate and expeditious response to your complaint.
Below is a link that will help you with parts and diagnostic procedures that are specifically tuned to your manufacturers data plate information.

SOURCE: Hot Frame
the hot frame is due to poor or no air flow across teh condenser coil located in the compressor compartment in the rear of the unit. pull unit from wall remove card board cover and there is a fan that should be blowing. while you have it pulled apart be sure to clean the coil. the jelly roll looking peice the motor is mounted to. if the motor is bad you can put a house fan blowing on it until you get a ne fan installed. thx peyton

Not quite sure about top left side, probably normal.
But the hot door liner is definetly normal, this is so the liner remains plyable and doesn't freeze to the frame.

Your condenser fan is probably not running. 99 percent of the time that you feel that hot spot it is from the condenser fan not running and the unit is not rejecting any heat

Hi Mr Hodjati,
No this is not normal. You have a failure of air flow in your condenser. I will explain how to repair if you wish to make the repair youself. If this is not addressed you will soon realize a reduction in cooling and a higher use of energy.
There is a fan that pulls air in from the lower right side front of the refrigerator grille located below the fresh food door, and exhausts the air on the left side of this same grille. Remove this grill and clean the coils with a vacume cleaner and a brush. Pull the refrigerator out so you can get behind the unit. Unplug the power cord from the wall. Next remove the screws from the panel behind the refrigerator near the bottom, the panel may look like a piece of cardboard, but it is a critical component. Once this panel is removed you will see the fan motor and fan blade, make sure nothing like a food wrapper or animal is stuck in the fan causing it to be stuck. If it turns free by hand (it will be real hot down there so be careful), then the motor needs replaced. If you send me the model number I can find you the replacement part number. Let me know if this helps.
