Konica Minolta bizhub 250 needs re calibrated, my touch screen is off centered when i hit buttons?

Remove the Compact Flash Cover. Located Right side next to where the network cable is installed. Remove the cover, using a small screw driver or small plastic stick depress black button gently. Called the Warm Restart switch.

When "." appears at the center on the left-hand side of the screen, enter "3" from the via 10-Key Pad. Enter the 8-digit service code and touch [END]. (Default value: 00000000) if required.

Touch [Touch Panel Adjustment] from the Initial mode screen.
Following the arrow mark, touch the four points (+) sequentially on the screen using a pen. DO NOT USE A SHARPE POINT!!!!!.

Konicaminolta normally has it replaced did you try panel adj. via access button.

sequence.

Select User Management
Controls for sound (beeps) and volume are located there

Touch utility button then on the touchscreen hit in the following order User Settings, printer settings, print reports, configuration page, and the start button
