Printe rshowung error 52 on display
The printing scanner (laser) has likely failed. HP has had some issues with the series of products and bad laser scanners so you may want to contact their customer service to see if you can get it fixed under warranty.

You can try following .....
An easy fix is to close the toner door completely.
If this door is not completely closed, the printer will not allow the
laser shutter to operate, thus giving this error.
Other items that U can fix themselves are to re-attach the black connecting link to the Toner Door Hinge.
If the inner door has popped out, you can snap that back into place

Sounds like a driver glitch, or wrong driver to me, try re-installing it

First, power the printer off, wait for about 30secs and power on. If problem persist replace the scanner.

put the CD in the drive which came along with the printer!
then plug in the printer with the usb and the PC will detect it and guide u through the installation and setting up automatically u just need to say next next and set your preferences!
