I can't speak with knowledge about the Crosley brand, but almost all regular TV brands have buttons on the side for Function or Menu On/Off, Volume +/-, and Channel +/-. The volume and channel buttons are used to navigate the menus and to adjust the settings.

If you can't work this out by experimenting with the buttons, or reading the user manual, then perhaps you should just go out and buy a universal remote that works the Crosley TV brand.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: How does one change the video inputs without the remote control?

If you have lost the remote, go to any electronics store and buy a universal one. I have programmed many generic remote controls, and they all work fine for adjusting the video inputs. Not all television sets allow their video inputs to be switched without the remote. Most likely you will have to buy a replacement.

I have a Sony Bravia led digital kdl32m4000 tv, I am upgrading my satellite box to hd will I get the signal in hi def. or do I need to upgrade my tv?

No you don't need a new tv. Hook up your HD cable box using HDMI cable. Hdmi out on your cable box then hdmi in on your tv. You need your tv remote to change source input to hdmi.

Trying to set up my new elements tv with a uverse wireless box. Did a channel scan but still can't find any channels. Help please!!

Is this a high def tv? Are you using an hdmi cable, component cable(red green & blue) or a low def coax cable to connect the tv? If coax, the tv needs to be on channel 3 or 4. If hdmi or component cable is used you need to change your input on the tv with your remote to the matching input you wired it to. The uverse stb (set top box) changes the actual channels once you have selected the correct input.

Connect mac to tv

Use the HDMI cable input. Select the input number on the TV . If you can't do that then use a Hi def cable between the the Mac and the TV.

I have a 47" Visio 1080p. Tv is always set at hdmi

AV inputs are for standard analog video which is 480i. HDMI and Component inputs are the high definition inputs that run at either 1080i or 1080p You won't ever get 1080i or p through AV inputs.

Is my apex tv AT2702 high def??

According to apex its not and does not have a digital tuner the only way this can be high def would be 720P meaning 720 lines progressive scan.

Your aspec Ratio is 4:3 this indeed is a standard TV without a digital tuner so you will need a digital setop box or a digital tuner.

High DEF is not considered digital its conidered how many lines are displayed on the TV. For example 720p, 1080p .
