Try uninstalling and reinstalling. It could be just a bad install. Hope this helps.

Go to "purchase history" on the left of the screen in Game Manager and click on it and then you can re-install games that you have purchased.

I do this constantly, I do believe they do this so we go back on time after time. All you have to do is to download a new demo 60 minute game and the Big Fish Manager downloads as well. Check too, if Google is running in the background

You should
1 - Remove the installation program from the control panel
2 - The Anti Virus scans for computer
3 - Restart the device
4 - download new software from

Big Fish Games and Gamehouse are notorious for viruses. I use WildTangent.

Only experience will help you, try to turn down gain and up frequency to see differences.

You will have to get in contact with Big Fish Games to stop this. If you can not get in contact with Big Fish Games, if you call your credit card company and explain the situation, they will put a block on the transaction and once the Big Fish Games sees the money is being rejected, they will stop or try to contact you and then you can give them an ear full.

Another thing to note: If you know you never purchased games from the Big Fish Games company, your credit card information may have been leaked at some other website or store you have been to and now the thief is "testing" to see if the account is active by using it on websites such as Big Fish Games. You may want to get a new card and cut this one up.

The 2 most common problems for this are:

1:You may be having an issue with Internet Explorer. Try resetting Internet explorer to factory settings and the reinstall your adobe flash, shockwave and reader since these will not be in Internet explorer anymore. The instructions for the reset are located here:

The instructions are the same for IE8 and the page describes this for a different issue but all your doing is resetting Internet explorer.

Or 2: Your antivirus is not allowing you to installing your program. You may need to disable your antivirus while doing the install. Most antivirus programs allow you to temporarily disable them because they realize that the antivirus can interfere with installs.
