I traveled in Iberia from Madrid to NY. I transfered in Heatrow airport the carrier AA my luggage was transported I do know the airline in charge of transfer the luggage to AA. Arriving JFK the luggage was not there. They send us to filled the forms with our address whe our luggage arriving they deliver our home . I asked the AA representative deliver it anytime the building I live have 24 hrs. security .It was delivery after midnigth. I arrived Saturday and was deliver Monday after midnight. Tuesday I was to opening and it was broken and stolen jewerly and souvernirs I need to writte a letter to IBERIA or AA? and I need help in writting a powerful letter beside that my luggage has the TS why the need to broken the handels if they have the Master Key to opened without breaking.
