A faulty RTD sensor probe is one of the causes for an F10 code or overheating oven. The sensor probe is supposed to detect the exact temperature in the Frigidaire electricrange cavity and relay it to the oven's main control so it knows when to shut off the heating elements.

That's common for the burners to work since they & ignightors have nothing to do with the control board. The oven light is also run by the control board. Before replacing the control board, make sure you have both phases of the power coming in. One 1/2 of the 220 operates the burners and the other phase is the power to the controller. The controller then put both phases on the heating elements. There should be a tech sheet and schematic on the back of the stove or under the hood where the controller is. Good luck
It could be the sensor. Remove the sensor and check for 1 to 1.1K ohms. at room temp. If that's not the problem it may be the oven solenoid on the burner. You can also have a problem with the door lock making when it shouldn't check that also.
Need to check and see if you are getting 220 volts to the element or if the element is showing resistance with an ohm meter. Any resistance means it is ok. If you are not getting voltage to the elements and resistance is ok then the control board is bad. Note: Always check outlet for proper voltage first! Never know when a breaker has gone bad. Should have 220 volts from line 1 to line 2 and 110 volts from line 1 or line 2 to ground.
