Hi Angela, got to your phone settings (settings, then email & accounts, then select the hotmail account with the problem), uncheck "connect to sync" or similar for email, contacts, and calendar then save. Then check (add) email, contacts, and calendar back, one at a time, saving and syncing after each one. The error should not appear again. Let us know!
1. Log in individually to Outlook.com or Hotmail.com, Hotmail Calendar, People.live.com, Account.live.com and Profile.live.com to make sure that all services are activated.
2. Check email account settings on the phone. If server is set to m.hotmail.com change it to bay-m.hotmail.com and vice versa.
You have to put in your email account, Gmail preffered. Because the calendar app can, and will, synchronize your schedule and tasks to your email account. it is one of android best feature, i suggest you register it.
cheers.
HI, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO HAVE THE FULL CALENDAR ON THE SCREEN OF YOUR PHONE PERMANENTLY,,,YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE DAY/MONTH/YEAR...BUT IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE FULL CALENDAR, YOU WILL CLICK ON CALENDAR ON YOUR PHONE, BY DOING THIS, YOU CAN VIEW CALENDAR IN FULL SCREEN.
you need to calibrate your screen. the touch sensor has moved so when you press on an icon the phone sees it as another icon. this can be done in the phone's touch settings
First Export Palm calendar as a Vcal to your desktop.
Then import the vcal on your desktop into ical
Synch the itouch with ical.
The problem with this solution is that you have to repeat the whole process every time you want to update the calendar, but it does work
