I would see if there was an adapter harness for the stereo to your harness first. When you replace the factory stereo, you will loose many functions the radio controls. You will loose chimes, you can't reset oil life and other things. It will take a scanner to reset or change certain options. $90 to throw a scanner on a vehicle where I work. The radio you get has about 12 wires to it. The factory harness has about 20. Those extra wires are data lines. You don't want to patch into one of them. And some of the data wires are the same color as speaker wires. Also if it has an amp in it, that is additional wiring that has to be done. The aftermarket won't run it.
also I have found that if you have a library card you can go to the public library and find reference manuals or shop manuals that you would normally have to purchase but can borrow for free. Good Luck.
I did a quick Google search for "iat wires for e350", looked at the image(s) results - lots of images with digragms, color codes etc.
Try it yourself RE: you may recognize your configuration.. and find the diagram for your vehicle.
right dont even think of joining up like coloured wires either get the right multiplug fitting kit or ask a local mechanic to wire it in ,yes i can give instructions but if you dont do as i say you will have a cooked radio
