I've never seen a message like that with the 0390H code. There is no mention of that code in either the user manual or service manual. The closest thing is the sc390 code, which means either the toner density sensor or the developer has gone bad, and typically replacing the PCU can fix that problem.
If the new PCU doesn't fix the problem, you might want to try calling Ricoh for support, since their documentation doesn't mention that code.
