PULL OUT THE RADIO FROM THE CAR WITH THE SCREWDRIVER REMOVE THE SCREWS THE ONES THAT ARE IN THE CORNER UPER AND REMOVE THE COVER FROM THE RADIO AND JUST PUSH THE CD TO THEW OUT SIDE (DONT TOUCH THE LASER BEAM) AND COVER THE RADIO AND REINTAL THAT SHOULD WORK
Typically means the CD is stuck, has a reading error, or the magazine is stuck. If jammed, you'll have to clear the stuck CD which may require disassembly. Try removing power and rebooting.
If all else fails, I recommend contacting a local car audio professional, or you may contact Clarion customer support directly by clicking here:
I have now gone through 3 of these units and encountered that exact same issue. The first came from a Tweeter store, the second from Ebay, and arrived with a CD stuck in it (I returned it), and the third from Ebay, ad that one just broke last week. It clicks when I try to load a CD.
The only reason that I kept buying them is because I have an old BMW, and the black face and orange/amber illumination match my interior exactly. I am trying to contact Clarion, but the 'support' link on the site is not active. I tried to remove the stuck CD from the first unit to no avail. Basically, it is broken, and even if you remove the CD, the load/eject mechanism is broken and you can no longer play a CD in that unit.
