When I take shots in high sun, I can see dust inside

On your camera there will be a setting knob, you can turn it to. It has motion blur remover, sunlight removal, red eye removal and more.

You have to disassembly your camera for it, including the lens assembly.
Even if you have experience and skills in fixing electronic devices, I don't recommend it, since any particle of dust will get inside the lens and your camera, and will affect it.
The recommended place to perfom such cleaning activity is a Clean room (class 3 or higher), and have handy the proper cleaning tools.
Disassembling the lens is tricky and also needs a lot of patience and technique skills to do it properly.
Imagine that by accident a spring pops up a tiny metal ball (1.5 mm diameter) and you lose it in your home, then because of it, your lens will not work properly.
If it has warranty, I do recommend you to send it to cleainig to a professional repair and cleaning service.
