Are you closing the boom on the headset? Have you tried removing the device by unpairing it and then repair it?

I do close the boom when it's not in use. But when I first got it it would reconnect with the phone no problem. I've tried resetting it as per manufactures instructions a few times and unpairing and repairing it. It will reconnect but disconnects with in a few seconds.
Has there been any updates on your phone about the phone it stopped working? Do you have other Bluetooth devices connected at the same time? Do Bluetooth devices work? Is you phone connected on WiFi or mobile data at the time you try to use headset? Mark

I posted this problem a long time ago. I updated to Windows 7 and my headphones immediately worked flawlessly!!
