SOURCE: Will not turn on.
Did you try bypassing the switch?
To do so:
That would be the equivalent of switching the computer on, if it powers on then you know the switch is bad and just need to replace it. If it does not turn on I would be 99% sure it is the motherboard as you already swapped the power supply.

Turn off power, unplug, hold power button for 30 seconds, take out memory, or if you have more than one stick only take all but 1, plug the power back in and start the computer. If a screen pops up that bios has changed press F2 to continue once computer is completly loaded click start, shut sown, unplug power cord again, hold power button 30 seconds, insert other memory and restart

Try unpluging the computer for 5 min then plug back in and see if you can bring it up if not it is usally the power supply or the button. If this dont work send me email and I will direct you where to go,

You could pop off the power button cover and test it that way. I put a flathead screwdriver in the crack around the button and popped it off when I had this problem. Please get back to me after you've tried this
Check all the fuse devices--most are soldered-in pico fuses in the power supply circuitry. They range in value from 2 amp to 5 amp or more. They are usually a light brownish color.
Let me know what you find....T.
