Make sure that the connections in the motherboard are connected to your switch cables running to the front and that they are in the correct position.

SOURCE: Will not turn on.

Did you try bypassing the switch?

To do so:

  1. Remove the case
  2. Follow the wire from the power switch to the motherboard
  3. Remove the wire from the 2 pins
  4. Use a screw driver and touch both pins at the same time, creating a connection

That would be the equivalent of switching the computer on, if it powers on then you know the switch is bad and just need to replace it. If it does not turn on I would be 99% sure it is the motherboard as you already swapped the power supply.

SOURCE: wont boot/start

Turn off power, unplug, hold power button for 30 seconds, take out memory, or if you have more than one stick only take all but 1, plug the power back in and start the computer. If a screen pops up that bios has changed press F2 to continue once computer is completly loaded click start, shut sown, unplug power cord again, hold power button 30 seconds, insert other memory and restart

SOURCE: power button

You could pop off the power button cover and test it that way. I put a flathead screwdriver in the crack around the button and popped it off when I had this problem. Please get back to me after you've tried this

Belling Induction hob flashing E6

An E6 error code on a Belling induction hob typically indicates an issue with the power supply or the circuit board that controls the back two rings. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Reset the hob: Try turning off the power to the hob for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This can sometimes reset the circuit board and clear the error code.
  2. Check the power supply: Make sure the hob is receiving a stable and adequate power supply. Check the circuit breaker or fuse for the hob to ensure it is not tripped or blown.
  3. Check the wiring: Inspect the wiring and connections for the back two rings to ensure they are not loose or damaged. Tighten any loose connections or replace any damaged wiring.
  4. Contact a professional: If the issue persists, it may be a problem with the circuit board or control module. In this case, it's best to contact a professional technician or the manufacturer for assistance with repairs or replacement parts.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue with your Belling induction

What is the expected life span of a power supply 633195-001?? Second one in 1.5 years has failed!!!! Is it possible to get one on warranty. S/N 3cr3120h5k????

Approximately 5 years if no problem arises on power source and devices connected with it. Usually if the power does not come on you have to check fuse inside the power supply. It might got a power glits

I have a built in IDW604. It won't start. No power.I have changed the fuse and reset the RCB.

Remove power to the machine. Look for a failed microswitch within the door cavity where the door latch locks. A microswitch should make a distinct 'click' when the button is pressed, but the best test is looking for zero ohms across the switch terminals when the button is pressed. Hope this helps!

My Canon pixma Mp 450 printer is showing error code 5100 what is wrong with it?

it is service error you can fix this by doing this steps
1. hold RESUME then press & hold POWER
2. release RESUME, then press it twice, the light should go amber then green again.
3. you're now in service mode (you can release POWER now)

I think waste tank reset is 4 presses of the RESUME button. To confirm, press POWER once.

Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Thanks.
Have a good day.

No power response, cable and outlet are good

hi there,
have you seen or heard the fan moving,if that so it may be power supply, unsle you have a tester
to measure the output supply from power supply. try to open the cover of your cpu on side corner there are two lock in bolt, loosening this and slide pull backward to open,on figure as sample the location of quick lock bolt.be45915.gif
then inside your cpu,you can see power supply
there is a specification tabulated on side of pwer supply.on figures you can see.on the arrow pointing power supply. 495dadf.jpg on your cpu you can read the specification
of your power supply take note on this.when you buy new power supply just let them know, mostly
the capacity they will ask you e.g. 450 watts.have a nice day, don't forget to rate me.

ps
removing power on figure you can see cable from power supply going to mother board disconnect them from terminals such as hardisk,cd room.floopy, motherboard, and the sccrew on the backside of cpu.

No Turn On

Check all the fuse devices--most are soldered-in pico fuses in the power supply circuitry. They range in value from 2 amp to 5 amp or more. They are usually a light brownish color.

Let me know what you find....T.
