i have some bad news for you. when using soap not recommended by the manufacture, and you use the machine and use another type of soap or cleaner after you do not run water through the machine to clean the tube and sprayer out of soap the soap drys up and kluges the tubes and the sprayer, and you have to take it to be repaired or buy a new machine. i can test to that the hard way i loaned mine out and it was returned dirty and soap was dried up inside the tube and jets, look at the tube if you see dried up bubbles than the machine needs to be repair and service, service center , sew and vac one place vacuum dealer
I think you may be use too much soap in the washing machine or the soap which you use is not a good product so you have to use good quality soap and not use several spoons just read the manual with the soap and use it according to the manual. Because you know too much soap can generate so many problems in washing machine because it produces too much suds. Best washing machine warranty
No, this does not damage the machine. Soap goes in the dispenser to provide a better circulation / distribution of the soap than pouring it directly into the machine.
your smell is comming from over soaping
a front load machine only needs 1 Tblsp of soap
any thing it builds up and rots thus the smell
get a crystal dish soap
1 cup run the machine empty a full cycle
now use trhe proper soap it will clean away
You may have a soap buildup in the parts of the washer you can not see.Try running the machine on a short load and see if there are suds in the machine. If there is either you are using too much soap(even he)try cutting the soap to no more than 1 tablespoon. Also remember to leave the door open slightly to allow airflow
Checl front sispension, could be tierod ends, ball joints, ideler arm, pittman arm or stearing box, eaisyest thig to do is have someone turn the weel 1/2 right and follow it byu 1/2 left and lay uner it and look for the play
It means that the washing machine drain is clogged or has soap in it. Pull out the washer and clean the drains and then it should work properly. Also make sure that you are using HE soap only if the drain has excess amounts of soap (that other non HE soaps have) it will also clog the drains
