It probably has a defective power supply and will need to be serviced by a professional.

This is usually caused by a failed component in the power circuit within the camera and can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

Tape mechanism problems can be quite complicated. This will require disassembling the camera to repair and can usually be done fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

My HP Mini Netbook will not turn on and the battery will not charge.

Perhaps your AC Adapter is bad. That is the cable that plugs into the wall and then into your laptop to charge it. Take the laptop into your local computer repair shop to see if they have a used replacement, or a Universal Laptop charger. We sell them at my store. www.ravencomputers.com. If you can't find one, go to our website and either email us or call us and let us know, we can ship anywhere in the US. If you try another AC Adapter and it still won't charge, then most likely your battery is bad. You can also try pulling the battery out and trying to turn it on with just the AC Adapter plugged in. If that works, then you know the battery is bad.

My canon zr65mc camcorder has no picture when recording. It has a picture when playing back a tape. It says record but the screen is black.

This is most likely caused by a damaged or misaligned video drum or possibley a defective CCD image sensor and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it’s not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

Why my canon ntsc zr65mc lcd did not work because there's no image displayed, but there are sounds when i play back my recorded video. why is this, is this fixable?

Notify Canon, they will pay for shipping and repair free of charge. There is a problem with the wiring affected by heat and humidity, Look on Canon website under ZR65MC, or your model number, and look for "Advisory".
