Enter a password if you have a brother printer, the default password is - "access" or default password - "initpass" and your username - "admin". This is the password for common brother printers and there are not many printers in it.

The user manual states that the printer does not have a default password.
Have you set the printer to factory defaults as explained on page 47 of the user manual ? I would suggest noting if you can what the settings where before resetting them.

If you contact the manufacturer, they should be able to provide this needed default password. Best Wishes

How do I empty and reset the waste toner box WT-220CL in a Brother Printer MFC-9340CDW

On most color machines emptying the waste toner cartridge isn't an issue because the auger system dumps it into the waste toner. The brother machines before this a different way and have a cleaning blade in them. This blade wears out over time and needs to be replaced. Those waste toners last forever in that machine so your better off just replacing it. Other wise you probably are going to make a huge mess just to have problems once you get it back together.

Connot connect printer to wireless router

this may be due to the security password that is enabled in the router... its recommended to use WEP password in router to connect wireless devices...if you use any other encryption type like WPA/WPA2 then change it to WEP and connect it....if it is a belkin router then you need to disable the WiFi protected setup too.......

Brother MFC-9440CN Laser Printer how do i set

The only real way to make this printer wireless, is to connect its ethernet port to a wireless router and via the router, send jobs to the printer wirelessly. hope this helps. Cost is about $60-$70 for the router.

TX Lock mode on display

there is not a default password, the only thing I can tell you is it will be a 4 digit password that you, or someone in the office has set, the first time it asks for a password then to retype to verify the number, there is not a bypass for this lock. You have to call Brother Customer Service, they can get you around this
