Got up this morning and the dishwasher had started on it's own and is stuck with the quick cycle button lighted (which we never use), the water heated and washing status lights illuminated, and 31 minutes on the remaining display (that does not change no matter how long it's on. Pressing the cancel/reset butting and turning off the power for more then 10 minutes does nothing and we did not have a power spike overnight that I know of. Any ideas??

Since mine does the very same thing, it's my guess that is the sterilising cycle as by this point it has already washed, done a short fill to remove any remaining detergent, and two rinses. I'm also assuming the second short fill is just to cover the heating element and/or to to generate an amount of steam having being heated by the element (I'm basing that assumption on the heat of the dishes at the end of end of the cycle and the heat of the water when it drains)
Good Morning friend, thanks for your inquiry!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dishwasher is sticking on the wash cycle. Do you mean the button is sticking? Or is it stuck on that cycle? If the button is stuck you may have an issue with your keypad and in order to help unstick the button I would push it down to see if that helps alleviate any tension.
If you dishwasher is stuck on the wash cycle I would recommend performing a reset and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If you continue to have an issue with your cycles I would suggest having a professional out to properly diagnosis and replace any electrical components. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt
