You don't fix... you buy a new one... If it gets dropped means you get a new one or new scope...

Eye Piece lens is fogged around the edges. Will Bushnell repair this item?

The fogged lens is indicative of a damaged seal hence moisture got in. Here is the link to their warranty site, good luck.

While moving from NYC to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, it seems that a lense was displaced inside my telescope. How can I fix this problem?

This telescope does NOT have a lens it has MIRRORS.

It also has eyepieces that slip into the focuser on the side of the tube.

Did you loose your eyepieces? or did the mirror fall out?

How to put lens back together on a Bushnell Permafocus 17-5012. Lens had fallen in and now I have it appart but do not know what goes first, and so on.

Hi,

I presume you have this fixed by now but if not I'd recommend getting it back to Bushnell for repair(is it still in warranty?)
The Permafocus binoculars need specific callibration and the risk of dust or moisture getting in while open is not worth the hassle..
