Try taking the battery out and putting it back in and then charge it, if that dosent work you may need a new battery, if that dosent work just take it in to your phone provider and see about getting a new phone
try a new charger failing that somtimes they can go so dead the wont charge get somone with the same phone and use there battery then try to charge if this works then be quick and replace your battery then charge hope this helps batterys and chargers can be bought from local phone shops for 5 pounds each
im not so sure about your b\problem but you should take out the battery plug in the charger and just turn it on it will work if not its not the bsttery but ac adaptor slot that is not working
