This code is a fuzing unit code , one of your thermosters are busted or dirty so it is not picking up the heat correctly , ill sugest you take out the fuzing unit and clean both thermosters and try again , but you need to reset the code after cleaning the thermosters by pressing :yellow c 107 and hold down orange c until it shows copy sp mode press 1 # then turn the power switch on and of hope this helps

you need a new registration clutch then probably part number is AX20 0240 i believe but if the reg clutch is faulty i would usually replace all feed clutches at the same time other part numbers are AX20 0239 relay clutch x 2 and AX20 0224 feed clutch x 2

hello Sir; You have to empty the waste toner bottle it located right hand side bottom, open the doorlook at "A" area you will see a big narrow plastic bottle pull out a black buckle slide out the bottle, dump the toner,the code will be disappear!

Press the total reset(yellow) key - 1 -0 - 7 and press and hold down he stop ((red) key for more 3 sec.Enter in the SP mode(activate to press on the touch pane) open the front door turn OFF the power main switch,unplugged the machine amd wait 10 sec.Plugged the machine,closed the front door and turn ON the power switch.The copier is worked.If neccessary to check and measurement the continuity of the fusing unit parts:heater lamps,thermofuses,thermoswitch and if cleaning used the izopropilalkohol.

If you've done all of those steps and the problem keeps happening, it's most likely a dirty or defective thermistor, or a blown thermostat. The simplest solution is to replace the fusing unit as a whole, but if you want to save money, you can take the fusing unit out (the black unit on the upper right side, the one that heats up) and using a multimeter, determine if one of the thermostats is bad. Also, check the thermistors (the sensors that lay against the hot roller) for any built-up toner, and check the continuity of the fuser lamp while you have the unit opened up.
