What can i do when my machine sow error code 0010 0010?

SOURCE: Error E000001 -0010. The error code is for the fixing assy not getting to the correct temperature in a specified time. Failure of the communication with the 2-way unit
Description
When the communication with the 2-way unit is faulty after detecting the connection with the finisher.
Remedy
1.Install the 2-way unit.
2.Check the cable.
3.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).
4.Replace the 2-way unit driver PCB.

you have to clear this error by doing the following press additional function(*) and 2,8 together) then press additional functions (*)again (you have to do this quickly to get into service mode then you press copier
then you press function
then you press clear
then you press ERR
then you press ok
then turn off the machine and then back on
this is a low toner level detection code

The 0010 part of the code is indicating the copier was turned off and back on without resetting the error. To reset the code, Press the additional function button, then the numbers 2 and 8 at the same time and then the additional function key again. The display will now be indicating the service options available. Touch COPIER, then FUNCTION at the top of the display, the CLEAR in the middle, then ERR, then OK. Power down copier at the right side rear, then turn back on. If the error comes back then you will have to check the fuser assy to see if the front drive gear has failed or one of the thermistors has gone bad. Good luck
