WHY DOES MY HP LAPTOP KEEP CRASHING

heck dont they all? PC = crash.
its got like 3billion points of failure inside, or 20 cards.(moduels)
and software, add billions more.
NO PC stated, HP made 10,00o models for 33 long years
what PC? it has full model name and number.
WHAT OS? XP? Vista, Win7/8/10?
if a PC crashes, you get BSOD, blue screen of deathh(sic) or black screen with words(text), do you?

If running XP?, expect this for ever. XP is dead, and a virus magnet.
sure we can XP hp but it repeats this... run, cruise, infect , repeat.

Hi am using micro innovations pccamera i need win7 driver'

There is a driver download available that is available; however, this is a very old camera and I have my doubts whether the drivers will work on Windows 7.
Additionally, there is amcap video imaging software available.
The user manual mentions compatibility with Windows 98 with no mention of even XP let alone Vista or Windows 7.

LT 2004 keeps crashing in Vista. Any advise?

this version of CAD has and older engine and therefore it will not run on vista.( i got the same prob once) one way to use it is to make a partition on ur hard disk and use multiple operating system. i will advise u to install XP or win7 because 2004 works well on win7 and xp. i can assure u that the performance is better on win7 and applies for 2000,204 2006,2007,2010

Win 7 does not recognize pen drive

From the SanDisk website it says Win2000 and WinXP certified. It says nothing about Win7. try it in a different pc with Xp and see if it works. If it does then it is not compatible with Win7

I am downgrading from Vista to XP. I am facing problem during hard disk recognition by XP CD.

You maybe having OS (OEM) issues.
You may be having drive space issues.
Recommend:
Verify that the hardware is supported by both OS on the Microsoft Campatibility site. If the controller and dirive checks ok then you will need to verify if you have at least 40 gig free space on the 80gig drive, if not, you will likely have to delete the partitions and start fresh with the XP disks. Caution: make sure that the manufacture supports the both XP and Vista on that machine and you have all the drivers you need.

Duel boot system first xp then vista

Wow....

First I would check the BIOS settings. Make sure that the slave and master jumpers are correct on the drives.

Wouldn't it be easier to make one drive Windows XP on one drive while running Vista on the other?

It would make things easier to troubleshoot.

Free software to DOWNLOAD my 80gig classic ipod to my new computer

went to www.ephpod.com and got free trial of MUSIC RESCUE from the forum after spending most of the day reading threads (wanted to be sure the "trial offer" didn't sting me half-way through a 20 gig download.)
The ephpod's software is the easiest to find, but one of the threads said his new 80gig classic ipod (same as mine!) crashed.
Somewhere there's an ipod compatibility chart, make sure your ipod matches.
There's several different software packages available, with "limited features" but music rescuer offered full features except for annoying pop-ups. Every 50 tunes it said to make this annoyance stop simply donate 10 pounds (british.) i clicked the mouse alot more than 40x finding this!
Anyway, download the help screen also (read it twice!), and it's basically idiot proof.
There's also a book, How to do everything with yout ipod and itunes by Guy Hart-Davis published by McGraw-Hill/Osbourne, that's basically an IPOD for DUMMIES
