What are the correct codes for a samsung tv because none of these seem to be working correctly?
SOURCE: moxi remote control
The "universal code" 9910 is just the first step in doing a program search. Hold down the MOXI and OK buttons simultaneously until you get the double blink. Then enter 9910 and it will blink twice again. Then begin alternately pushing MUTE and the up arrow (above the OK button). Pushing the up button effectively cycles through the codes and pushing MUTE tests the current code that it is on. Do not go too fast because when you finally push MUTE and it actually mutes (or unmutes) your TV, you must push the OK button to store that code. I just performed this procedure and my first positive code that I stored only affected the mute and volume settings on my TV and would not turn the power on or off. If this happens to you as well, repeat the above process and just skip over the first positive you get until it mutes (or unmutes) your TV again.
SOURCE: code for Vizio tv
I contacted Vizio the other day. They tell me that they use the same generic codes as LG. I have Suddenlink Cable, formerly Charter, so I still use the Charter remote. My remote only needed 3 digits and I have noticed that many need 4 or 5. I can tell you that the LG code worked for my tv. I can power on/off, volume, and change the channel. All other functions require the manufacture's remote. The code I used is 005. There was also 004 but that did not work on my tv. Hope this helps someone!

I just programmed my comcast remote today and the codes in the manual work fine. I was lucky, the first one as the one I needed. Good luck.
