What does error code 093-556 indicate on my xerox coloqube

The error code 09,008,43 indicates the ink is not melting into the printhead. Raise the ink loader Top Cover to access the ink blocks and make sure they slide down properly. If this doesn't fix it you gonna have to call Xerox for service maintenance.

That indicates the main board has not sensed the exposure lamps coming on. Those are solder in lamps, I believe there are 6 or 7 on the array.
