Why is the time on my weather station always 3 hours behind

Press and hold mode button till hour digits flash then press 12/24 or rcc buttons to change then press mode button but pay attention after time date is updated location will flash then you pick the city. Just don't go to fast or you will miss it! Hope this helps.

Probably device is produced for the other time zone and it matches the time with station every day. There might be the time zone setting
