Onkyo npt-1113p output voltage details
First of all, did you test the primary and secondary leads for resistance? They all should be from 2-30 ohms max. If they are, the transformer is fine. If they are open, you will need a service manual which may be on-line. Is power coming out of transformer at the right voltage. Also may have a power i.c. shorting to ground.Final anp i.c. may have a place to go to ground through a shorted capacitor.

I would contact Sherwood as Transformers are deemed to be safety components and should be replaced with excat parts or those recommended by the maker.

magnetic field supplies are different than conventional types, check that the thyristor is working properly
Check your input or output cables might be dirty I had the same problem
and 1 of my output wire was dirty so i sprayed tha electric cleaner and its all good now
