Will the FS-532 finisher connect to the Bizhub Pro 1200?

C-1102 is a tray lift motor failure. Your copier is equipped with a FS-511 finisher. The trays on the left side (where the paper comes out) is being blocked when its trying to move up/down. Ensure the are no obstructions an restart your machine.

if the stapler is out. then open the finisher door and the staple cartridge with blue handle pull out and replace, do not throw the blue part away as you only replace the middle staple pack. Or open the finisher door and turn the green knob to bring the stapler to you

Sorry your having trouble. Your code suggest you have an optional KM FS-534-535 finisher attached to your copier. The code is triggered by an internal part within the finisher and should be thoroughly inspected only by a certified factory trained service technician. I would suggest you contact your local repair company.
Attempting to resolve this issue on your own could produce negative results.

Stapler fault for the finisher model FS-529 or FS-527? Open front of copier not the toner section. To your left you see a green knob. turn it to bring the stapler unit to you. Maybe the person replacing the staples did not properly install the staple cart so it popped out. Look inside as you bring the stapler to you. re-seat it then close the door to reset the machine.

finisher problem. may be the stapple unit is not in its place. waht sort of finisher do u have (type : FS-XXX) ?

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Check the 2 covers (one screw on each) where the output elevator tray attaches to the finisher.
