The door won't close.

Replace the door lock assy, you can't fix this without almost certainly breaking it by prying with a flat screwdriver. Remove door boot spring, fold door boot back over door lock area, unscrew door lock screws (3), then remove from harnesses and replace. Reverse door boot and spring removal, top of spring first, then work your way down ensuring a good snug fit with no water leaks, it may take you a couple of trys.
