How to install Print Master Platinum 17 on windows 10

You can't!
Unfortunately this program is not supported on Microsoft's new operating system Windows 10 as it requires .Net Framework 1.1. There are currently no updates available as Microsoft is no longer supporting .Net Framework 1.1.
So if it says anywhere in the instructions "requires Net Framework 1.1" then it won't run. It was compatible with Windows 7.

Hi, in Windows 7 Microsoft.net framework 3 is installed and newer versions can be installed on it. If you try to install an older version, it will block your installation.
1-Try to download it from Microsoft\'s website and install it with administrator account privilege.
2-Go to the control panel, find out if Windows features are on or off. Try to check
Microsoft.net framework and then restart Windows. Then reinstall it.
3-If you have still problems, go to www.microsoft.com and search microsoft dot net framework 2 in windows 7.

My wife has been using Printmaster for years and has created thousands of projects. Her latest version is 18. We got a new computer with Windows 7 and it said that version 18 is not compatible. So we...

Installing PrintMaster 18 on any computer requires .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed on the hard drive. If NET Framework 1.1 is not installed, it will be installed from thePrintMaster 18 install disk before PrintMaster 18 is installed. If possible download .NET framework 1.1 If .NET Framework 1.1 is not already installed on the computer, the "Program Compatibility Assistant" in Windows 7 will display this message. To continue with the installation, select "Run Program".

I want to download Microsoft Net. Framework 2 x86

Access: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com
Click "Custom Search"
When it completes, click "Optional Software" (on the left).
Click to select the latest version (version 4) of the Net Framework, not Version 2 -- any software that requires Version 2 will be compatible with Version 4.

Install it.
Restart your computer, when prompted.

Print Shop 21 will not work on Windows 7 operating system is there a fix?

When a ‘clean’ install is done of Print Shop 22, exactly as described in this FAQ

'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7

Print Shop 22 should install on a 64-bit version of Windows 7, with two incidents.

1. If .NET Framework 1.1 is not already installed on the computer, the "Program Compatibility Assistant” in Windows 7 will display this message
this program has know compatibility issues

To continue with the installation, select "Run Program". After .NET Framework 1.1 is installed, the necessary updates will be pulled from the Microsoft Windows Update Service.

2. After .NET Framework 1.1 is installed, the "Program Compatibility Assistant” in Windows 7 will display a message which says that there are compatibility issues with Print Shop 22 on Windows 7 64-bit. To continue with the installation of .NET Framework 1.1, select "Run Program".

NOTE: Even though the Print Shop 22 Vista patch, which can be found here

Download Vista Patch For The Print Shop 22 and PrintMaster 17 Disk Versions

can be installed on a 64-bit version of Windows 7, the patch will not fix the problem with the Amyuni Document Converter, as it does on a 32-bit version of Windows 7 (see above). So, it will not be possible to use the 'Save As PDF' option with Print Shop 22 on a 64-bit version of Windows 7. Instead, it will be necessary to install an alternate PDF driver, then Print to PDF, as is described in this FAQ

Save as PDF vs File | Print to PDF

So far, the only other known incompatibility with Print Shop 22 on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 is that Print Shop 22 cannot be run from a shortcut on the Dell Dock that is provided with many Dell computers. A Print Shop 22 shortcut can be placed on the Dell Dock; but, attempts to start Print Shop 22 from that Dell Dock shortcut will cause several incompatibility messages to be displayed

I have windows 7, and I connected my printer. My problem is that when I click on the lenmark icon on my desk top I get a pop up box that says that says required system software not installed, Microsoft...

Only the software listed for Windows 7 should be installed so install the Windows 7 version of .net framework. It actually sounds like an update rather then the entire piece of software.. You should be fine installing this..

Print Shop 23 appears to install, but never finalizes

The fact that MS Net 1.1 framework is compatible with the 32-bit version of Vista - because I am using Print Shop 23 on my 32-bit version of Vista.

However, Print Shop 23 is not supported on the 64-bit version of Vista. and MS Net 1.1 framework is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Vista. So, I would guess that you are using a 64-bit version of Vista.

I have heard that one way to work around compatibility issues with MS Net 1.1 framework is to make sure you have the latest update installed for MS Net 1.1 framework. But, since I'm not sure that that is the only recommended fix for your problem, the best thing for you to do would probably be to click on this link

Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

You cannot install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 because the NET Framework 2 is already installed. The NET Framework 2 is the latest version of Microsoft NET Framework. I think you can remove the latest Framework in the Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel. Then restart your computer and install the old version. But my advice is, just let the latest NET Framework remain and don't uninstall it.
