Unfortunately, as the camera is over six years old now, it is unlikely that a driver will be available. For a firmware update, check on the manufacturer's website.
The best way to transfer your images is to put the media card into a separate USB card reader, which Windows 10 should treat as just another disc drive.

I don't believe that there is a 'User' update firmware file available, the only thing I could find was this site which gives you all you can download. That is unless you have members access to "Panasonic Projector Extranet" which is for resellers (i think). Best to contact Panasonic directly or a Panasonic Main Dealer who may be able to eith send you the firmware via email or update your device for a small fee?

It is possible to update the firmware on your unit, provided that the firmware you download is not already installed on the machine.
In order to install the firmware update you would need to :
1. Visit Panasonic's website at Panasonic.com
2. Click on the 'Support' link and then type in your Model No. DMR-EH75
3. Click on 'Drivers and Downloads'
4. You may download the firmware by clicking on the 'Download' link
5.After the firmware has been downloaded, you will need to burn the file unto a CD-R
6. After successfully creating the Firmware disc, place the disc inside the unit to begin the update process
7. The unit will indicate when the update process is finished
8. There is also further detailed instructions on the 'Download instructions' link which is found beside the 'Download' link.

I had this problem myself after a firmware update. Tried everything, unplugging power, disconnecting internet. Then I tried connecting my iPod. When I disconnected my iPod it suddenly started up again. Problem solved!

ps I am writing this just after I solved it. It appears to be updated. I am now trying out Youtube which works well.

Turn unit off, then Press "Play/Pause", "Stop" and the "Power" button on the unit (not on remote) ALL AT THE SAME TIME. This should fix it. Also, download the firmware update (Google "firmware update for Panasonic SC-BT100 and follow the link to the Panasonic support site)....since I updated the firmware, mine hasn't done this again.

Chek your settings and make sure it is set to NTSC not PAL. Check the DVD to see if it is PAL format. Good Luck.
