Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

Your nokia 6020 doesn't have problem. It's your sim card. If you still have your simcard packaging, the PUK code is written their inside it's brochure. Or you can also go to your mobile phone network and ask its PUK code. Or simply buy a new simcard with the same network company. Thank you

puk code is always provided with the sim jacket when you buy the sim. so if you have it, see on it. If not, then you have to go to the office of the sim company and ask them to provide you the puk code.

Hi Tammy, If you've locked your cell phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your cell phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

Forgot the pin

Hello,

I am assuming that you have lost the card that was holding the SIM card when you purchased it. If you can find it, it has your PIN and the PUK. The PUK is the unlock code for the SIM card, it is requested when the user enters the incorrect SIM pin 3 times. Please contact the service or network provider for the PUK, if you are unable to find the previously mentioned card. After you enter the PUK, you will be required to enter a new PIN this can be any number that you can easily remember. The customer service team at your service/network provider can easily give you your PUK after asking for a few details to confirm ownership.

I locked my self outta my phone how do i reset pin

If you forgot your PIN [which means if you entered your PIN code incorrectly 3 times], you will have to enter your PUK code (PIN unblocking key). The PUK code is found at your SIM card pack if you brought yours. After you entered your PUK code correctly, you will be able to reset your PIN code.

Just be aware: If you entered your PIN code incorrectly 3 times, the message says 'SIM card blocked' and you will have to enter your PUK code. If you entered your PUK code incorrectly 10 times, then the message says 'SIM card rejected'.

If your SIM card is rejected, you will have to buy a replacement SIM on your phone store.

BUT:

If the problem is your phone all you need to do is visit the network provided by your phone. You need to get the unlock code for your phone. What is the model of your phone if you don't mind. So that I can help you get the site on how to unlock code.

I forgot my pin now i cant get into my phone

When you have entered your pin incorrectly 3 times you then need to enter your PUK code. If you enter this PUK code incorrectly 10 times then the SIM card will be locked permanently and you will need to ourchase a new SIM card.
Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

When i turn my phone on it was telling of my puk number and i don't know the puk number?

A PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) is required when you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked

puk number is given by the network provider ....

i think you blocked the pin code by entering the wrong pin code for 3 times so it is asking for the puk code ..

to get puk code you must follow these steps :

1. call to your network provider customer care

2. tell them that your pin code got blocked you want puk code

3. if they ask any details about the sim card owner you answer that one ...

4. then make a note of the puk code and enter in to your cell

if you enter the wrong puk code for more than 3 or 10 times your sim will get fully blocked you must purchase the duplicate sim card or you must contact the network provider shoppe ...
