Tablet problems When I turn on the tablet and unlock it, it goes directly to a sign in screen for Google account, I put in my username and password, and it says that there are too many pattern attempts, and to sign into google account, and when I try to sing in, it says invalid

• On the unlock screen, enter your unlock pattern
• After five attempts you'll be asked to wait for 30 seconds. Tap OK
• If your phone display goes off, tap the power button and unlock your screen
• Tap Forgot pattern? If you haven't set up a Google account you won't get this option, instead you'll need to reset your tablet
• Enter the username and password of your Google account, tap Sign in
• You'll be asked to create a new screen unlock pattern. If you don't want one, tap Cancel

To reset your tablet:

1. Turn your tablet off
2. Hold the volume down key
3. Turn your tablet on
4. Using the volume down key, highlight Wipe data/factory reset and press the power key to select
5. Press the volume up key
6. The reset is now complete.

Note: Resetting your tablet will clear all the data stored, data that's stored on your SIM is safe.

oh no come on its so simple to log into google go to your web browser type google in that web search Enter your Google Account username and password. If a username is already filled in and you need to sign in to a different account, click Sign in with a different account. If you see a page describing G mail instead of the sign-in page, click Sign in in the top right corner of the page. follwow this will help you https://accounts.google.com/SignUp

if you have a google account, you can do this option

1. When you try different patterns and unable to unlock your phone in five attempts. Then a message pop-up and shows two buttons "next" and "try again".
2. Now click on "next" button and you see two options for unlocking phone. One is answer the security question and the second option is to provide Google account details.
3. Mostly people don't set a security question. But if you set it then simply answer the question and unlock your device quickly. Otherwise check the Google account option and click "next".
4. Now provide your Google account username and password attached with your device and click on "sign in".
5. After that you are directed to choose new pattern and now you can unlock with this pattern.

if you don't have your google account, you can do the recovery option, but you will lose all your data in there

1. Power off your phone.
2. Now press Volume up, power and home button at the same time and wait until your device starts.
3. When you see logo screen release the power button and keep pressed the other two buttons.
4. Now your screen shows android system recovery and there is a list. Use Volume up or down keys to select option from the list. And select factory reset option and then press power button to let the action begin.
5. Now it asks you for confirmation, select "yes".
6. After factory reset completes, it again shows you android system recovery screen. Now select reboot option and after restart it will not ask you for pattern.

Continue trying passwords until the tablet asks for your google account sign in. For the user name type the word null, for the password type four zeros, ie, 0000. This is the universal google unlock code for android devices.

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr

sign into google/gmail and remove accounts - you need secure information to remove or delete accounts. Otherwise Gmail/Google will not delete them. Learned from past experience.

So if I understand you correctly you have attempted to access your Google account and after too many attempts you are locked out, correct?
Step 1. Goto http://www.google.com/ click on "Sign In"
Step 2. Click on "Can't access your account..."
Step 3. Follow the steps to restore your account, they are quite simple.

If you have a Kindle that is locked and you forgot the password, you have to do a full restore using Kindle Fire First Aide, this is the only option for a locked Kindle.

If your having problem like this I suggest that you perform a hard reset. To hard reset just simply follow this step.
And remember reseting can delete your all access data specialy passwords and code.
To hard reset:
1. Turn off the whole system.
2.Hold together buttons: Power + Volume Down. In several second until logo appear on the screen.
3. Release the buttons. And without asking and without notice System will automaticaly doing a reset.
If this will not succesfull, try to create google account on PC. Then remember all information you've made, the email and password. You said system asking you to sign in to google. Use all information you've got to sign in.
Note: The google method is not working on other tablet, but most of it solve the problem. Then you should go to area where you have an a access of wifi, place where can you connect a wifi. Internet connection is realy realy needed.
