When i plug it in, it just says batt disconnected on the lcd screen, any ideas?
Hi Anonymous,
I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Are the batteries new? If you did recently replace the batteries in the cartridge, did you check the connections and make sure contact as being made?
Let me know!

there is a 100uf/63v capacitor near the IRF630 fet. You need to replace this in order to fix this error. Along there is also a 2200uf/16v capacitor. It is a good idea to change the both at the same time.

Hi,
After you replaced the batteries did you perform a manual battery test?
If not do so.

There may be a broken batt lead or a failed cell or bloc inside.
try checking with software or
take out batts and test with meter.
if you dont understand how then get a tech to help. batts are dangerous.

9120 fans are rare and uncommon, for alternate solution just replaced the bearing of the fan.
The charger board has fail. No point replacing it. Better to buy a new. This unit has already been obselete
