How to bleed fuel lines

Air bubbles in fuel line so scooter won't start. how do i drain the gas out of my scooter?

It is quite possible the fuel cap is not vented properly or the fuel is vapor locking ,,, is the scooter running till it gets very hot?
Check the fuel cap for venting first,, is it possible you have bad gas?
or the vacum pump on the carb is not working correctly

it starts one time inentionally but then it won't continue. i try to get it to start again but it just wont kick over

After replacing the primer bubble on my trimmer, it will now start, but only runs untill the gas in the bubble is used up. if i pump the bubble it will keep running, but quickley quits starving for gas....

Youe either have a hole in one of the fuel lines or a blocked 'primer base'

If the gas won't even drain from the tank, try removing the gas cap. It has vent holes and if this is plugged, the vacuum won't let the gas drain. If that is the case, clear the holes.
