SOURCE: I activeted gprs & mms settingin but my nokia

Please activate any GPRS and MMS plan and selected GPRS and MMS settings as default. Also check with your service provider which all providers you can send and receive mms because some service providers do not allow to send mms to other service providers like Aircel.

I can't receive MMS on my Sharp Stx-2 (unlocked for tmobile), but I can send MMS. What are the right messaging settings so I can receive MMS?

Make sure you have your mobile data turned on. On some phone models, when sending an MMS, the phone will automatically enable it until it is sent. In order to receive one, you may have to enable your mobile data from the phone's menu. Since you're unlocked on T-Mobile, it's possible that your phone supports sending MMS over standard networks, but not receiving, in which case your phone's antenna is not compatible with T-Mobile's network frequency.

There might be a setting on your phone for MMS messages that allows you to receive pictures. Try turning that on.

I CANNOT RECIEVE AN MMS ON MY PHONE.

Hi, sending and receiving of text messages, MMS and internet service has to do with the network setting provided by your network provider. Your network provider has to send you different settings for your internet connection and your MMS connection and since you cannot receive MMS, you have to contact your service provider through their help line or toll free line to make a request for the MMS settings and it will be sent to you before you can start receiving MMS..
