I HAVE A E ON MY SCREEN & CAN'T ADD OR ANYTHING HOW TO GET IT OFF
Just press the TAX+ (and it works also with TAX-) and on the DISPLAY the entered sales tax number will be displayed.
So i you sell something or $22.50 and the sales tax is 7%, the product was soled for $21.03
Now put in $21.03 and push the TAX+ and you will see $22.4999999999, or $22.50 rounded up.
If your tax-rate was set to 7% like mine is now.
Sorry, my keyboard sometimes misses the letters F and few others....
So the line "So i you sell something or $22.50..." should say: So if you sell something for $22.50, please correct it, since this place does NOT ALLOWS EDITS!
Let me know if you need any more help.

Try to use the AC adapter and plug it to your household current and the calculator and the "E" should go away! Not sure if it's the batteries or just what? It happened to me and that's how I solved that problem! Good luck, let me know!

First, check the batteries, and ensure there is not a paper jam in the printer.
If both are fine, then while the calculator is in the "Print" mode, press the [CA] (or [AC]) button 20 times consecutively to clear out memory buffers. Try some numerical calculations, and if the problem persists, repeat pressing the [CA] button 20 times.
If the problem still persists, then the calculator may require service.
