I was given a Tefal Rice Cooker by my daughter and she can"t find the insruction book
Not sure which type of Tefal rice cooker you have received.
You may want to go to the Tefal website and pick the manual for the one that could be your model.

Though there is not much to it if you are cooking rice. Take the pot out and wash it as any metal utensil. Put as many cups of rice you want to cook in a separate bowl using the measure that would have come with it. Otherwise take a 150ml measure. Wash it the rice thoroughly with water and drop it into the pot. Fill water to the level of number of the cups you have put in. Wipe the pot dry from outside and place in the cooker jacket. Put lid on. Turn the power on and press the Cook button. Once rice is cooked it will switch to keep warm and leave it there for about 5 minutes before you use the cooked rice.

Put equal amounts rice and water (up to 3 cups only) in liner pot, plug in, put lid on, flip little front switch. 10-15 minutes later it will be done and the pot will switch to "warm" mode by itself. Gently fluff with paddle before serving. You can also add salt or other seasonings to the water/rice mixture before starting.

Most of my experience with the rice cookers is that they require a japanese rice Cup which is different than the japanese regular cup. makes a whole lot of not sense but i found a replacement cup at one of the local Japanese Markets if you had to you could use regular measuring cup and use the 160ml for your measure. also the cup has a "Inomata" on it so maybe the web can help you
Eat lots of Rice
